BRAC Job is my first job as a NGO's professional after completion of my study (Master's). Although I have worked as a Medical representative with Doctor's Chemical Works Ltd for 06 months and This job was for only time passing. But BRAC job is my first job as start my career. I joined hear on 05 February 2005 as Program Organizer. Later I have been promoted as District Manager (BRAC Health Program) for Khagrachari District. I worked here up to 30 April 2008. I left the job because of I got a job offer from UNDP-CHTDF.

Working Area: Khagrachari District (8 Upazila).
Duty and Responsibility:
- Oversee the implemented project’s (Malaria, Tuberculosis and EHC)
specially administrative and logistic component to ensure effective
project implementation.
- Coordinating with GoB and NGOs to achieve the objectives and
properly project implementation.
- Providing support to establishment of an Office, Clinic, and Health
sub-center and Training center so that they can provide effective
treatment and diagnosis.
- Preparing monthly work plan and regular
supervise the staff activity as follow work plan.
- Organizing the advocacy and social awareness activity at Union, Upazila
and District level. .
- Monitoring and supervision the activities
of all staff as
follow checklist.
- Visit the clinic and health sub-center.
- Regular collecting report from staff and compiling.
- Liaison with Government, NGOs and all level of stakeholder at
project level.
- Arranging monthly meeting and refreshers training.
- Maintaining preservation of File, Report and Register.
- To ensure need base medicine distribution
and logistic supply.
- Performing any other relevant duties as assigned by the Senior
Authority.
On October 22, 2013 I have joined again in BRAC as a Sr. Field Communicator and worked here up to May 30, 2014

Safe Migration Programme.
Working Area: Chittagong (5 Upazila) and Cox’s Bazar District (3 Upazila).
Duty
and Responsibility:
1. Conduct community mobilization and community
preparation in favor of Safe Migration activities.
2. Implement and monitor CBO (Community Based Organization) development activities at field level according to project operations manuals and guidelines.
3. Organize and conduct workshop, seminar, co-ordination & consultative meeting at field level.
4. Regular monitoring and follow-up of implementing field level activities.
5. Prepare quantitative and qualitative progress (weekly, monthly and yearly) report.
6. Conduct orientation and meeting for staff development.
7. Maintain regular correspondences with other project officials, Volunteers, Technical Training centre, District Employment and Manpower Office (DEMO).
8. Performing any other relevant duties as assigned by the Senior Authority.
