Biography

Introduction:

I was born on a warm, sunny day in April in Dongnal, Kaptai, Rangamati, Bangladesh. I still live in Dongnal, Kaptai, Rangamati, Bangladesh permanently, But now I am living in Rangamati due to my job posting in Rangamati. I went to school at Dongnala Primary School as well as Dongnala Junior High School. After that I have completed B.A Hons and Master’s in History from the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh. I live with my wife, Machanu; my two child, Chakhyaimong; and Nukhyaimong. My parent and Aunt live my village house, Dongnala; and My elder sister, Swenuching; live in same village with her husband. My younger brother, Thowaihlaching; live with his wife in Rajvila, Bandarban.

My Childhood life.
As I said in the beginning, I was born here at Dongnala in Rangamati and I've lived here my whole life. I would like to see more of the Bangladesh but unfortunately, I don't have any money to leave Rangamati to go anywhere right now. My name is Mongwaiching Marma. Life to me means friends and family who you can trust and who trusts you. I am pretty much on the happy side of life, but like all teens I do I have my "days of." That means I do have some sad days or depressed days. I have a few friends here that sort of look out for me and when I am having a bad day, I have someone here at school to talk to. I make my school days go by thinking of either the next hour or what I will do when I get home or on the weekend. I'm not seeing anyone now but when I did have a friend, our favorite places to go where the fishing and out to playing. Sometimes we went to the bird hunting. We were together for twenty-nine days and then we broke-up; so no, I don't think it was forever.

My Village Life:
My childhood life passed in the village called Dongnala. Deep in my village, there have no running water (Supply water), No electricity connection, no mobile phone network and no car access road at the time. But they have natural water source. Mineral drinking water is totally natural pure water. The people of the village are using Dongkhyong (Dong Canel/Dongkhal) water for bathing, washing of cloth and Cultivation.
I am fortunate in many ways relative to others who live in my area. My home is no more than 06 kilometres away from the main highway that connects us to the nearest city, Rangamati and Bandarban. This village situated in the middle point between Rangamati District and Bandarban District in the Chittagong Hill Tracts. Most of the people in the village are Marma community (Indigenous). There are one primary school, one Junior High School and one Buddhist Temple. Most of people are living depending on cultivation. They are shopping and marketing once a lime in a week. Because they are siting weekly hat bazar. The villager go to bazar on foot for 6 kilometers walking road. Most of villager cook for dinner before sunset. At the moonlit night playing Hadudu, Kangchi in the sandy beside river/cannel of young girls and boys is very common and enjoy full event in the village.
Life in a village is friendly, simple and easy. People in the villages can have more scope for natural pastime which cannot be expected in the city life. The people of the rich, middle and lower class seem to be happy in the village. There are no discrimination among the people. Life in a village is almost calm and quiet except some unwanted incidents created by evil minded people. Most of the village people are easy going and co-operative. One comes to other’s necessity. People in villages keep themselves busy with works. Men look after the work outside and women perform their domestic work and also helping to their husband in cultivation. Fresh vegetables, fish, fruits, etc. are available and cheap in village. Though most of the people in village lead a very simple life they are not to be away from enjoying different cultural programs like jatra, Wachu (Ashari Purnima) Wagyuai (Probarona Purnima), Sangrai (New Year of Marma), Kathin Chibor Dan, Probojya Grohon Anusthan, Jatra and many other items of entertainment. Generally, the celebrations are quite plain and simple. But the aged of them do not attend the functions. They are happy with their house and harvest. The village people lead the life of plain living and high thinking. They think high, because they think in the terms of God and religion. The village Buddhist Temple maintains their social and moral upkeep. Most of the village people get up from early in the morning and perform their work before the sun sets. Village life is tranquil and enjoyable despite few problems. Many people prefer village life only for its healthier environment. During full moon night all age’s people at the evening go to temple for prayer. Kendal worship and praying for well-being of all family member, relatives and friends. So that all people are live in well.
Beautiful scenes of nature, fresh air, hospitable people, and quiet life – all these things come to our mind when we think of the village. Here you can enjoy the natural way of life in full resting from the city bustle. There is almost nothing artificial in these quiet areas. Here you can use everything that nature can give you.
A village is a perfect place to live if you are in search of harmony with nature. People have everything for their minimum requirements of life. Villagers are just satisfied with the necessities of their living. They are always provided with fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, water, and clear air. It is the simplicity, natural beauty, and tranquility that make the rural life unique and special.
Villages preserve our national customs and traditions. The village people usually hold various festivals and fairs where they represent the wealth of our culture. Villagers think in the terms of religion and God. The village temple is the divine place where people draw inspiration for their further work and pray for their families and themselves. There is a unique closeness between the elder and younger generations. Young people treat their parents and grandparents with great respect and follow their valuable advice.
In spite of everything good that the village can give us, there are a lot of important things that rural areas lack.  Peasants lack the utilities and convenience a more developed area can offer, such as hospitals, electrics, police stations, firefighters, public health, mass education, proper cell phone coverage, and internet access. So, there should be some progress in rural areas in order to make such places more pleasant and comfortable to live.
I spent my village life with work, study and plying. My father name is Chai Do Aong Marma. He is a farmer. My mother name is Krai Sang Prue Marma (Atuse). She is a house wife. She has to do all domestic work. After that she has to help outside my father work. My father look after daily and regular work outside and my mother perform her domestic work and also helping to my father cultivation, various vegetables and fruits grows. We are two brother and one sister. My sister name is Swe Nu Ching Marma and my younger brother name is Thowai Hla Ching Marma. We were joint family. When my grant was father alive. I have not seen my grandmother, because she has died before my birth. My uncle family (Elder brother of my father) and also aunt (Elder Sister of my father) live together with us in a house. At that time my uncle (Elder brother of my father) suffering from mental disorder. When he goes to severe mental disorder day by day then He could no able to take care of his family. His name is Mongsanu Marma and wife name is Mithui Marma. They had two son and one daughter. Their Elder son name is Swe U Prue Marma, mid daughter name is Ekhyaiching Marma (Mokkanyo Marma) and younger son name is Hla Gya Prue Marma. My Aunt name is Miss Ma U Prue Marma (Elder Sister of my father). She had one daughter name Nang Swe U Marma. She got married with Mr. Kya Jai Nyu Marma. She live with her husband along with two son. So we are twelve members joint family. As of my uncle mentally disorder (Nearly mad) and sick all the expenses of my family would be beard by my father. It was very difficult to manage the expenditure of study for our six brothers and sisters. Every early morning had to go for cultivation before going to school.  Back to home near 8.30 am and 9.00 am go to school. At the afternoon we are playing football in the field. Sailongmong Marma, Shachingprue Marma, Mrathowai Marma, Monbathowai Marma, Aong Sa Marma, Atuse Marma, Aongbukhai Marma and Aongswenu Marma were my friend in the village. They are all my boys’ friend. My girl’s friends is Methui Marma, Songbainyu Marma, Baisang Marma, Masong Marma and Mesathui Marma.

I started school when I was six-years-old. I went to primary school through pre-primary (Bailyashikha) at Dongnala Primary School and while I was there, I got class roll no one (1) in the class Three, Four and Five. The primary school life is the best life. A man, who has been the student, knows what school life is. The school life is the golden time period of learning. It truly impacts the life of students. The importance of school life can never be negated. The school life is important for children as well as for the grown up students alike.
We get good learning experience, the self-confidence, motivation and the will to do the best. It is the school life that blesses with best ever friends for the rest of our life. The school life friends are like your old and sincere friends for the rest of your life. The school days are the best days of our lives. I have the best school life memories. They are like a treasure for me. The joys of school life are invaluable.
In 1985, I have admitted at Dongnala Primary School. I studied there up to class five.  We had a private tutor name Mong Fa Aong Marma. He is so good and brilliant teacher and teach us as a house tutor. We all brothers and sisters together learning from them. Although Mr. Khoka Bhuson Barua, Mithui Chowdhury and Sanuma Marma were my primary school teachers.  From class three I got first position in the annual final examination. When I read in class five I have been suffered serious sickness. My parents tried best of knowledge to recover me. I was senseless for seven days. Village Doctor Mr. Kyathui Aong Marma treatment has given me. At last Mr. Kyajaiowe, Boidya save me. We have been selected for scholarship exam from the Dongnala primary school. This exam have been held at Kornafuli College for the all primary school students of Kaptai Upzila. We (Sailongmong and me) stayed at the home of relative in Doluchari (Headman of doluchari mouza). From there we attended in the examination. I have completed primary level study in 1990.
As a child, I learned, cooperated, got myself motivated and groomed under the best company of my best friends. I remember the first year love and wishes from my teachers. That is why I always regard my primary school life memories as the treasure for my life. That truly defines the importance of school life for a child.

The High school days are the best days of my life. I clearly remember my first day at school. My first day school life memories are still vivid. I can still feel how warmly I was welcomed at the school. The high school life days are very much filled with excitement. During high school life period, one becomes matured enough to understand the value of time. My high school life is a wonderful chapter in my entire memories. In that period I learned truly. My High school life was into two part, one Dongnala Junior High School, two Narangiri Govt. High School. I admitted at Dongnala Junior High School in 1990 and studied there up to class eight. Later in 1993, I’ve admitted at Naran Giri Govt. High School in class nine.
In 1990, I admitted in class six at the Dongnala Junior High School. Mr. Mong Fa Aong Marma, Mongprusai Marma, Mongsabai Marma, Milon and Khaiyer Ahmad was my favorite teachers of this school. Specially, Mr. Mong Fa Aong Maram is my best teacher. He teach us everything. Unfortunately, we loss him during class 07. He got a government job and left our school.  I got first position in the annual final examination of class 06. But I got 2nd position in class 07. I had confident about the result that I will be first. I lose my first position only for few marks. I could no accept the result because I done well in the examination. I had tried to find out the causes.  Once a day I fund the exam paper at teacher home (Mongsabai Marma). I astonished to see that exam paper did not assess properly. In the class I wanted to see the exam paper from those teacher and subject. But he did not show me rather than he misbehave about this matter. He told me that “If you don’t want to learn from this school, you may go whatever you want”. I am very much herded by him and discuss about the matter with my family. My family convinced me to pass running year. From next year will admit at another school. I left the Dongnala Junior High School at the end of class 08 in 1992.
In 1993, I have admitted at Naran Giri Govt. Hish School. This school six kilometers far away from our village. At the beginning, I took my daily class from village by walking on foot. I have to walk 12 kilometers per day and it was not easy for me. After one month of class, we have decided to apply for a sit to stay in hostel near school. Finally, the headmaster allotment a sit in hostel for me and I have stayed in hostel for two years. As a government school more advance in quality services and teaching modalities than before school. My uncle an advice has given me that you must be good result and must be admitted in higher degree like university graduate then I will help you. After few months He left Bangladesh for higher study M.Ph in Australia. He got a scholarship for Australia.
I have the best friends today and the learning experience that I got from my high school. The high school life memories are the invaluable part. I did a lot of blunders and mistakes. But thanks to my sincere friends and true teachers I was always rescued. That is how I learned from high school life the true meaning of cooperation and love. I had a lot of shortcoming. I still remember how ignorant I was during my school days. My school life memories make me realize how important school life is for anyone.
This is the period when I started working hard. Thanks to that hard work done, today I am happy with my career. I believe, what you learn during high school life or college life, it truly impacts the rest of your life. One of my best high school memory was the day when I won prize in annual inter schools sports competition. It was the moment of great pride for me, my parents and for my school. The Head master of our school gave me a shield. That shied is still with me.
Those school life pictures are like my best memories. I remember the days we celebrated, the extracurricular activities we took part in. I remember how happy were my parent when I obtain first position in my annual inter school sports in three events as well as I obtain champion for twe years. That’s the best part of my school life. It never let me be bored.
School life is the best period of human life. People are learning from his childhood in the school, and also a school built the character of the man. It is the formative period for everyone. Every student should try to make his better life and best use of school life because it never comes again after the school session. The joys of school life are surely countless. Indeed, the school
Most of the people who have spent in school are the happiest and happy days of our life. There are so many memories of school life which we remind every time. School days fill our mind with happiness and nostalgic memories of happy days of yesteryears.

Every student wear a different type of conventional dress. Every school keeps its annual function of the year for students. Students take part in the activities and show their talent. Regular activities of school life.

In school, there are classes held daily and interspersed with monthly tests and quarterly examinations. Those, who fare poorly in these tests and exams, are severely admonished, and in some cases, their parent’s .are called. Additional classes are allotted for these students so that they get an opportunity to clarify their doubts.  Academic excellence has been the hallmark of the school. Realizing this fundamental truth, the authorities of school try to instill in us, the fundamental values of life such as discipline, honesty, punctuality, dutifulness, respect to elders, being good-mannered, personal cleanliness, etc. A lot of emphasis is given to character formation, moral education and acquiring ethical principles of life. Providing social service to the neighborhood is an integral part of this attempt. A lot of importance is given to the acquisition of personal discipline
School life is a better life, and it was the high opportunity of our life which we had earned easily. After school life, we are missing so many memories in our minds. School life was a very joyful and happy experience for us. There was a lot of fun and education which acquire ethical principles of life.
My College Life:
College life is known as one of the most memorable years of one’s life. It is entirely different from school life. College life exposes us to new experiences and things that we were not familiar with earlier. For some people, college life means enjoying life to the fullest and partying hard. While for others, it is time to get serious about their career and study thoroughly for a brighter future.
In 1995, I admitted at the South Rangunia Padua Degree Collage. This collage was not my choice for admission. But my family economic condition is not well for that I have to take admission at this collage. This collage situated in the Rangunia Sub District and 3 or 4 kilometers walking distance from our village. My primary school friend Mr. Sailomong Marma and Juniour High School friends Mr. Kong Hla Aong Marma, Nuswethui Marma, Methui Marma also took admission in this collage. I was science department students. So we have to take regular classes that’s why we stayed at hostel. There are only a hostel for boys. There were a pond behind the hostel. We bathing and Swimming at the pond.  In front of our hostel a vast play grand. We played football in the field regular at afternoon. Economics teacher Mr. Alamgir Hossain was a good football player. He called us always to play football. I feel very much proud to play football with teachers. I got few new friends in the collage namely Mr. Suman Das, Fulton Barua, Sumi, Runaliyla, Shahjahan atc.
The most common memories people have of college life are definitely grouping around with friends. They remember how the group of friends walked around the college in style and playing silly pranks on each other. Once a time in the midnight on 16 December Victory Day of Bangladesh BNP Chatra dal and Chatra Ligue clashed and gun fire and at the time the BNP chattra dal attacked us. Because of we support to Awamilige Chattra Ligue. We afraid and fled from hostel. Next day we complained to the principle of collage about midnight incident. Our principle said to us that nothing will be happened. He will take care of the situation.  Moreover, people always look back at the times spent in the college canteen. It was considered the hub of every student where they enjoyed eating and chatting away with their friends.
I got 1st class in the examination of H.S.C from this collage. In the meantime, my uncle has arrived in Bangladesh and he joined at Ruma Upazila Health Complex as a Medical Officer. Later he has transferred to Bandarban Sadar Hospital and joined as Resident Medical Officer. He called me stay with them and help them in domestic work. I gone there and took preparation for university admission test.
College life is a big transition from school life. We go through a lot of changes when we enter college. Our schools were a safe place where we had grown up and spent half our lives. The transition to college is so sudden that you’re no longer protected by your teachers and friends of your school time. In school life, we were always dependent on our friends or teachers. College life teaches us to be independent. It makes us stronger and teaches us to fight our own battles. It also makes us serious about our careers. We make decisions that will affect our future all by ourselves, as in school life our parents did it for us. College life is completely different from school life. It gives us more exposure and also makes us more confident. Our teachers act more like friends in college, whereas in school they’re like our mentors. Most importantly, college life gives us various challenges than our school life. Those who have experienced college life have some common memories. People always remember their free time which they spent with friends goofing around.  College life remains a memorable time for all of us. Not everyone is lucky enough to experience college life. People do not get the chance to go to college due to various reasons. Sometimes they do not have a strong financial background to do so while other times they have other responsibilities to fulfill. The ones who have had a college life always wish to turn back time to live it all once again.
Additionally, in schools, we viewed our teachers as our mentors and sometimes even parents. We respected them and kept a distance. However, in college life, the teacher-student relationship becomes a bit informal. They become more or less like our friends and we share our troubles and happiness with them as we did with our friends.
University Life
I had a sweet memory for admission in University of Chittagong. I stayed at my uncle (Dr. Aung Swi Prue Marma) resident in Bandarban after completion my H.S.C final exam. My uncle name is Aung Swi Prue Marma. He is a Board Stand students, Doctor and government service holder as well as BCS cadre. Then, he was working as Resident Medical Officer at the Bandarba Sadar Hospital. He got a government resident quarter beside hospital for living. I stayed there with them and took preparation for university admission test. I inspired by my uncle for taking higher degree and followed by his advice always. When I got 1st class in H.S.C examination, he so much happy. He asked me about my future plan. I said, I wanted to study higher degree under any government recognized university in Bangladesh. My uncle all the financial support has given me for university admission test. I have applied at the University of Chittagong, Rajshahi University, Sher-e-bangla agricultural university.
My friend Sailongmong Marma and me, we two applied at Rajshahi University. From our village a senior two brother studied in Rajshahi University name Aong Swe Thui Marma and Sanumong Marma. It was my first time to go out from Chittagong division. I was very worried about how to go to Rajshahi Univesity. Before that I never gone to Dhaka (Capital of Bangladesh). We have took a guideline about how to reach there.  It’s about in 1997, The Jamuna Bridge did not open. Arichaghat (Ferry Ghat) is an only way to go to north Bengal. The Jamuna Bridge over the Jamuna River was under construction which is will be joined betwen Tangail District and Sirajgong District. So, it was also first time more than 02 hours crossing the river by ferry. Then the people did not use, all are depend on T&T for contact. So, it was very difficult to find out senior brothers in the university campus. We have been able to find out according to given address which is room no 221, Shahid Ziaur Rahma Hall, Rajshahi Univesity. This room allotted for senior brother Mr. Aongswethui Marma. He helped and guided us about admission process. We stayed in this room with Aongswethui Da for 01 month. We fund some of new senior brothers name Swehlmong Marma, Nyohlamong Marma and also some applicant. With assistant of brothers, we applied and attended for admission test. Publication of the result will be late, that’s why we returned after admission test to Sher-e Bangla Agricultural University in Dhaka and applied at this university. Senior brother Aprue Marma and Showrab Marma cooperate us. Later, we have gone to University of Chittagong at Hathazary in Chittagong.
In University of Chittagong, lot of senior brothers has helped us namely Khyaimongu Marma, Kongchai Marma, Hlathowai Marma, Mr. Uchingmong Chowdhury, Khyaimong Marma, Mongchingnu Marma, Mongkhyai Marma and Uchingmong Marma, They all are so much helpful. They help us in many ways for admission process. I passed the admission test and got a subject during second times interview from waiting list. I admitted in history. I got many of friends in university.
I will tell you about my university life now. From the admission proecss, I stayed at the Bhuddist temple in Suganda Resident Area Panchlize Chittagong near Mirjapur Bridge. I go to the univeristy from Chittagong city (Shulasahar Train Station) to university by train every day. My university life is very busy but I enjoy it very much. There are a lot of happy and hard things in my university life. But I like the university very much because there are a lot of reasons.

First of all, I will tell you about my studying History. The environment is very good because there are a lot of good teachers and friends in this university. I have a lot of classes such as Ancient Europe history, Ancient Bengali History, American history, India Sub-Continental History and Modern Bengali History. English was optional subject. I am interested in them. It is so difficult for me, but I do my best.

Second of all, I will tell you about my friends. There are a lot of friends in the university namely Belal, Hasan, Rashed, Mamun, Kokowai Marma, Mahfuz, Jowel, Sorbotom Chakma, Nibaron Chakma, Gyanendu Bikas Chakma, Khuroram, Munmun, Shyama, Tahmina Begum, Rumi, Sumi, Api Talukder and Anupriya Barua etc. They all are in History. Others subject friends are namely Sailongmong Marma (Bengali Literature), Thowaihlaaong Marma (Public Administration) and Akrai Marma (Zoology).  I can meet them every day. They are very kind to me. I can enjoy talking with them. For example, my favorite things, food, love, studying and so on. To talk them makes me happy. I am always laughing when I talk with them. I have lunch with them every day. When I was trouble, they help me. At first, I was worried whether I can make friends. Because there are a lot of people who I didn’t know. But we made friends soon. I was very glad to make friends them.

Finally, I will tell you about the institutions. At first, I was very surprised because this university is larger than I expected. There are a lot of good institutions in the university. For example, library, a student’s dining hall, Hall for Boys, Hall for Girls, Vast Playground, TSC, Separate Academic Bhaban, tea stall and so on. They are very comfortable because there are air conditioners. My favorite place in the university is tea stall. They are delicious. I also like library because I can read a lot of books, magazines and newspapers. And I can do some research by various things. I often go to the library when I don’t have a class. Whenever I go there, I do my homework or study History. The library is comfortable so I can concentrate in there.

I made a lot of good memories before I graduate from the university. So I have done my best for the dream in my university life. A Student’s life on University campus revolves around going to classes, studying in the library or in their own room, getting involved in co-curricular activities made compulsory by the university and sometimes hanging out with their friends to have fun after an exam. For many students who live in students accommodation being away from their family will require they to be independent and some students need quite some time to get adjusted to their new environment or they will be homesick or stressed. Stress is also a part of every student’s daily life. It can be very damaging for students when stress becomes excessive. It can harm student’s health, happiness, work performance, relationships and personal development. There are many causes of stress among university students. Among the causes are a lot of assignments, exams, homesickness, financial problem and future career planning. The first cause of stress among university students is a lot of assignments. Sometimes a student need to take six to seven classes and the professors can assign new assignments for each classes. The students need to submit all the assignments before the deadline and as the deadline closes in pressure keeps building up. Thus, the students will not have enough time to concentrate on the assignments as they also need to do other things such as attending classes and getting involved in co-curricular activities. Thus, the students will be stressed because of lack of time to finish the assignments. The students can become homesick because they miss their family and they still cannot adapt to their new environment at the University. As a result, they will feel stressed because maybe they keep thinking about going home to see their family. Because of this they would not be able to concentrate on their studies. Life as a university student basically demands a good time management on the part of the student. Those who can manage that time well despite all the stress and work well under pressure can prosper in their future endeavors.
The main reason for going to university is to get an academic qualification, but personally, I think that the social side of things and developing as a person are equally important. The good thing about university life is that you are left to your own devices, unlike school, where you're told what to do and how to do it. It's important to socialize and meet new friends. lt takes some people longer than others. If a student has any problems, about anything, there's student counselling available at all universities, where they try and help out as much as possible. I've been a volunteer for our Marma Community Student Counselling Scheme for some time. I've found it very rewarding, not only with helping other students through university life but also as an extra-curricular activity.
I’m in my mid of first year, I came to at near campus and rented a room at Sher-e-Bangla Cottage. I have to share my room with friends Mr. Kokowai Marma. It's great living in rented accommodation, but sometimes you can have problems with landlords. It was difficult at first, own washing, ironing and cooking, but I soon get used to it. I'm in my second year, I got a room allotment in the Shuhrawardi Hall room no 150.  There were lot of opportunity for washing, eating, playing and reading. I enjoyed very much in the hall. But some time have faced clashes and gun fire between two parties. Then, we would lay down under table to save life from bullet.
I was quite involved in our Student Association like Bangladesh Marma Students Council (BMSC) and Bangladesh Samajtantrik Dal (BaSD). I wanted to do something that was still outside my course so I could meet new people. I got involved in the welfare side of things. It's a student's chance to say, "I don't like the way this is being done, let's change it!" I'm never one to sit around and complain about things. If something's bad, I want to change it and that's what the Student Association does. I'm now what you call a sabbatical, which means there's an election held in which all students can vote. There were three of us elected as President and two Vice-Presidents. My area of responsibility is welfare, which means that if there's any problem that affects a lot of students at Heriot Watt, it is my duty to inform students how they can spend their money better. I arrange financial fairs, talks with elite person of marma’s, the Hill District Council of Rangamati, Bandarban and Khagrachari.
I have to learn to balance my academic work and social life. At first, I spent too much time going out and hardly any time in the library. I learn from my mistakes and I soon learn how to balance it all. After all, University has been the best time of my life. Its four years of hard work and great fun. I become independent away from home and I have to stand on my own two feet. I had an ambitious to study M. Fellow and PhD. But my financial status of my family is not good. All the expenses of my B.A Hons and Master’s degree given support by my uncle (Dr. Aung Swi Prue). I never be able to complete above degree without support of my uncle. For that, I grateful to my uncle forever.
I think that a degree helps a person to get on in life. I also think that other things you learn at university, like independence, are equally helpful. A lot of it depends on hobbies and societies that you get involved in. Employers aren't just interested in degrees these days. You've got to look at other ways you can expand yourself. They don't just want someone who has spent four years of their life book-bashing. They want someone who can communicate well with people and work hard in a team. University definitely broadens the mind. You get to talk to people and avenues open up for you which you thought never would.
My Professional Life:
Some people have different goals than others. Some have career goals and some have ordinary job goals and others have school or academic goals. Picking a career is not as easy as it seems. To some people, picking a job based on money or a salary is very important. To others, being happy with a job is more important than money but it is not that easy to just jump in to a field of study and not be happy with it. I plan to pick my career based on my academic result, my personality, and on what I really want to get out of a career.

I enjoy working with others to make things happen and bring common sense and a realistic approach to work and at the same time make work fun. I am flexible and spontaneous and adapt rapidly to new people and new environments. I also learn best by trying new skills with others. I would like to put all of these characteristics into a career of my own. Some suggested jobs or career titles which have been suggested for me are: Teacher (BCS or University), Administration (BCS), Officer Level Government Job and UN Job.

Career Objective:
To work with a reputed organization in a position where I can effectively utilize my skills and experiences and which will also provide me with the opportunity for growth and advancement. Enable me to make a positive contribution to the organization for mutual growth and success.
